Start with the decision
Walk through each room with three lists: keep, move, and discuss for removal. Photograph bulky items and note where they sit. Check your lease or property manager instructions for keys, elevator reservations, loading times, and the required condition of the unit. Do not leave items beside a dumpster unless the property explicitly permits it.
